I am happy to accommodate your custom and personalized order requests. Please submit any personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear, including spaces, capitalization, punctuation, designs, etc.

Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless I make a personalization mistake. If the error is mine, I will gladly cover return shipping to me, correction of the mistake, and shipping back to you.

Sizing details

Please reference pictures as well as the item description details. However, sizing is often difficult to determine by looking at pictures online, and even by reading size specifications.

Ask any questions related to sizing that determines your purchase decision prior to completing your order and payment.

What is “Hand Stamped”?

Hand stamped metal is the art of using forged steel stamps and a hammer, striking each character into metal to leave an impression.

No machine is used, and it is a very different process from engraving. Engraving scratches the design into the metal, removing metal. Stamping only displaces or "moves" the metal. Often the impressions show through to the back, like traditional military dog tags.

The imperfect handmade look of this technique is the charm of hand stamping for those who love it! The letter spacing and impression depth is never identical from letter to letter and piece to piece.

If the more perfect styling of engraved lettering appeals to you, you may prefer engraving for personalization over hand stamping.

Care instructions

Remove your hand stamped jewelry during extended exposure to water, including showering/bathing, swimming, washing dishes, etc. Swimming pool & ocean water properties can react adversely with many metal types.

Put your jewelry on last & take it off first. Avoid lotions, sprays, perfumes, cleaners, etc. These can coat, dull & damage your jewelry.

Store jewelry in a closed jewelry box, an airtight container or bag to prevent tarnishing. Don't store in your bathroom & protect against humidity or moisture.

A jewelry polishing cloth will restore your jewelry metal to its original luster. Don't use liquid or chemical cleaners. These can damage some metals & remove the darkening agents applied to the stamped areas.

Aluminum as a jewelry metal?

Aluminum is a terrific jewelry metal! It is great for those with metal sensitivities as it contains no nickel, lead or other metal irritants. It is durable and strong but also LIGHTWEIGHT. It is also very corrosive and tarnish resistant, and is lead, nickel and cadmium safe.
*Note: Please do not confuse the lightweight feel of aluminum for a low quality product! I use a high grade food-safe quality aluminum sheet metal. If you prefer heavy jewelry, aluminum may not be your preferred metal!

Other materials I use: pewter, sterling, copper, bronze, stainless steel, leather, beads and crystals, and other specialty materials.

*Note: Most pure metals can tarnish or darken over time. Polish with a jewelry cloth to restore luster and color.

When will I receive my order?

My processing time varies depending on the season of the year and order volume. Please check the estimated processing time in your shopping cart before ordering. And then check the specific scheduled ship date on your order in your Etsy account once your order is placed.

Processing time is the amount of time between when you pay for your order and when I hand it over to the post office to ship it. It does not include actual mail transit time handled by the postal service.

I create each piece by hand, start to finish, after you place your order. Your order is processed in the order it was received in my order queue.

Wholesale availability

Please send me an Etsy message to inquire about wholesale product availability.

I can't find an answer to my question.

Please feel free to message me in Etsy about any of my listings, the ordering process, available options, etc. I answer Etsy messages at least once a day, and I try to get back to you right away when at all possible.
